All freight charges are to be paid by the customer unless a item is listed as free shipping. We use UPS. USPS and Our Own system for local Delivery. Minimum delivery charge start at $5.00.
We offer free local delivery when meet minimum order of $450.00 or $25 charger will apply for all delivery orders. restriction apply to machines orders. Machines orders prepay and add freight. unless other price arrangements been made.
Order Pickup should be ready within 4 hours of placing your order, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification we will notified you when your order is ready. Please Note: if you placed your order after 5 pm, your order will not be ready until the next business day. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account – credit card has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account minus a 15% restocking fee. Please never request to cancel an order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
We will gladly special order any product for you on a special order basis. Special Orders must be prepaid and cannot be canceled at anytime for any reason. Corona Vacuums & Janitorial Supply will issue a refund only if the merchandise has not shipped from the manufacturer and 30 calendar days have passed.
