Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unopened products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive return authorization.

Non-returnable items include: Opened cleaning chemicals or liquids, special order items, and clearance/sale items. Some products drop shipped directly from manufacturers may have different return policies—please contact us to verify return eligibility for these items.
